As part of the copper pipe upgrade, the NICU was refurbished to create six private and calming rooms designed for parents to rest and bond with their babies in comfort. Each space was thoughtfully planned to provide privacy and emotional support during their stay.

This refurbishment not only improved the patient and family experience but also ensured continuity of care throughout the upgrade works, creating a warm and supportive environment for parents and staff alike.

Facilitating Infrastructure Upgrades Through Smart Planning

As part of the copper pipe upgrade project, Neet Design completed detailed architectural designs which allowed the NICU Department to decant part of existing ward into new refurbished 6 bed parent rooms, enabling the copper pipe project team to continue with the upgrade works.
