Located in the heart of Tauranga, this 13-storey hospital designed by Neet Design sets a new benchmark for modern healthcare architecture. The facility integrates advanced clinical, surgical, and patient-focused services within a thoughtfully composed environment that prioritises efficiency, comfort, and care.
At its core are seven state-of-the-art operating theatres and eleven PACU recovery bays, supported by two floors of 46 single ward rooms offering expansive views over the Tauranga Harbour. A dedicated day-stay floor features independent recovery chair bays, ensuring a seamless and comfortable patient journey. The hospital also includes a purpose-built radiology suite equipped with MRI, CT, X-ray, and ultrasound facilities—functioning as a fully independent diagnostic hub.
Through a rapid and collaborative design approach, Neet Design worked closely with Cubro to coordinate complex design and construction timelines. The outcome is a world-class facility where cutting-edge technology, refined detailing, and architectural sophistication come together to shape the future of healthcare in Tauranga.
